Mahaveer Eye Hospital was established in 1987 at Gandhinagar, in a small area of 1000 sq. ft with 1 Operation theatre. Gradually, the services began to expand and this led to the shifting into the new premises at Seshadripuram on July 11, 2003.

Mahaveer Eye Hospital is spread across 11000 sq. feet and has well equipped departments and services for all aspects of ophthalmic diagnosis, treatment and management.
