Sight is a precious gift! Protect it! The fundamental
rule about eye care is to listen to them - when
they are itchy, sore or tired. Good nutrition and
sleep go a long way in making your eyes ready to
take on the world. Continuous gazing at the television/
computer monitor can cause a lot of strain on the
eyes. Hence the best bet is to take a break and
look elsewhere!
Eye injuries need prompt and correct treatment. It is important to see the doctor
immediately after first aid is administered.
